Last Thursday, after we wrapped up the photoshoot for PINGDUBAI here>>> we headed to CityWalk to have a taste of Sapori Di Bice, a Italian Restaurant located at the prestigious place in Dubai, CityWalk to try their newest addition of a variety of vibrant dishes for the summer months to the popular menu offering. Created by Executive Chef Luca Zanchetti, each of these dishes are inspired by traditional Italian cuisine, embracing the Italian family dining experience which was championed by the founder, Beatrice Ruggeri (BiCE). From tangy, health giving salads, to an indulgent foie gras hamburger, the new offerings will take guests on a culinary journey around the various regions of Italy, from Sicily, to the Mercha region in central Italy.
We are stunned by the peaceful ambiance that Sapori Di Bice given to us, the all-white concept with the mixture of Earth-toned colors really set the vibes for all the Guests while enjoying the sumptuous delicacies that they offer. Surrounded by stylish and modern contemporary interior design, with the spectacular display of their sample products from cakes, candies and a lot more, not only your tummy will enjoy but your eyes as well.

Enjoy a new hearty salads that include an Organic Cabbage salad topped with shaved almonds and sunflower seeds & mixed with a ginger & honey based dressing along with our new Octopus and Beans salad!

You will be able to see how they freshly grill their juicy chicken and make & bake the sumptuous pizza, very Italian Style. 

Mark and I, absolutely enjoyed our Thursday night and while waiting for our Burrata Pizza, we roam around the place to take some more images and stunned by the beauty of the place.

Save for last, this Dessert rack simply completed our evening, assorted ice cream and sorbets, Tiramisu and pistachio cakes and dose of cappuccino. What can you ask for?

Un grande applauso a Executive Chef Luca Zanchetti for the amazing set of menu and namesake Luca for serving us, we definitely had a wonderful night.
