Breakfast and lunch is my fave meal of the day, but with my busy schedule i tend to have it together at the same time as brunch. Most especially whenever i am in Dubai my schedule is so hectic, out and about meetings and events, left and right shoot. Taking the opportunities to take good photos. But never ever skip the most important meal, and why not have it in FRAICHE Café & Bistro located at Jumeirah Lake Towers, Cluster Y few blocks from DAMAC Metro Station.

Fraiche is a Café and Bistro offering the best of both worlds in market cuisine: Quality and simplicity. We aim to deliver a democratic fine dining experience that encourages and invites our customers to open their minds and experiment with their choices through the familiar flavors we serve that have been evolved by our exciting, young Chef. Dining at Fraiche is about experimenting, soaking up the ambiance, and taking the time to switch off and disconnect from the daily grind to enjoy the pure pleasure that great food can bring. The place is truly amazing, urban metro vibes. I absolutely love the industrial feel to it, perfect for hanging out with friends and family, break from the office or just a chit chat while having cake and coffee.

We started with this amazing set of dish, from the delicious Jerk Chicken, Chicken Risotto and tender juicy Beef Bourgunion. Sumptuous cuisines that taste so wonderful and the plating is over the top and so Instagrammable #PaulDineInStyle

While waiting for our dessert, we browse the interior of this remarkable sanctuary that filled of art and decor. Stunning place indeed, every corner are worth to take photos.

In every course, i think you know already which is my fave if you are following me on Snapchat or Instagram. It is the Dessert, my ultimate indulgence. Latte art on my coffee is a must.
