And #PaulDineInStyle strikes again, we are back at our fave coffee shop, The Coffee Club in Abu Dhabi, located at Yas Mall to try out their limited edition dish especially for the Holy Month of Ramadan. The Balaleet Brioche Delight - The Coffee Club has teamed up with Emirati Culinary Director Shaikha Al Ali to create an Emirati inspired Iftar dish

Before the new culinary venture with Chef Evan, we had dinner first and my fave Drink/Dessert all in one!  

  The dish takes the popular favorite Balaleet, a vermicelli and egg creation served for breakfast or as a dessert, and gives it a twist. 

 The Balaleet Brioche Delight is a delectable concoction of cinnamon, honey and butter rubbed brioche that has been stuffed with sugared cheese, and topped with an aromatic cinnamon balaleet that has been swirled with walnuts. The dish is topped with salted caramel and fresh raspberries.

 Its is perfect dish to break the fast during the holy month, and the Balaleet Brioche Delight is absolutely good for sharing and can complete a single appetite.
