CLASSIC CUISINE AND WARM BELGIAN HOSPITALITY

Every detail of the dining experience has been carefully considered. Food is classically Belgian and served with finesse, beer is unmistakably Grand Cru, and refined service is complemented by Belgian warmth.

 Its was a very busy Monday when myself and Mark Ross had our brunch at the Cafe Belge, courtesy of DABO & Co., 

Dining-in-style, wearing just a plain white crisp shirt and matching grey waistcoat and pants, also into detail wearing my RT tablet striped- shade of blue water cufflinks from Tateossian.

 Grilled Salmon- Leffe Brune Mousseline, Organic Veggies, Mashed Potatoes

 Corn- Fed Chicken Vol- Au- Vent Veloute Sauce, Puff Pastry, Mashed Potatoes, Grey Shrimp 

 Definitely, coffee will never be absent on my daily meal. 

 Chocolate Moelleux Caramel Sauce, Banana Compote 

 Brussels Waffles Vanilla Ice Cream and Belgian Chocolate Sauce

Cafe Belge emulates the grand style and elegance of 1920s Belgium. From its art nouveau and art deco design elements, to its unique music and ambience, the vibrant spirit of a golden era is celebrated throughout.

Beer Sommelier Sofie Vanrafelghem is an expert in brewing and serving beer, and specializes in pairing the finest Belgian beers with Belgian cuisine.

Café Belge is proud to introduce the Café Belge Brunch, a lively sharing brunch with classic Belgian hors d’oeuvres, main courses and desserts served to the table. Guests will enjoy lively entertainment from DJ Jay Lieutenant, playing upbeat classic and contemporary jazz, along with flamboyant flapper dancers.

BUSINESS LUNCH

Join us in Café Belge for a two-course, classically Belgian business lunch, with different menu offerings daily. AED 100 per guest includes coffee or tea, and guests are welcome to add a decadent Belgian dessert for AED 20.
