BERLUTI'S FATHER & SON EXHIBITION

Berluti, the renown men’s footwear brand, hosted an exclusive champagne reception at Cuadro Art Gallery, DIFC Gate Village on Tuesday June 3rd to mark the launch of the brand’s ‘Father & Son’ exhibition shot in collaboration with photographer John Pocock. The exhibition was held in celebration of Father’s Day and reflected on the special connection between a father and his son.

The event was attended by the UAE’s most influential, who enjoyed cocktails and canapés as they viewed the exhibition depicting some of the UAE’s most prolific fathers and sons dressed in Berluti’s collections from head to toe. The images celebrated the timeless elegance of the Berluti Man and represented a tradition of carrying sophistication and style from one generation to the next.

The foundations of Berluti date back to Paris in 1895 and have been built by four generations of the Berluti family, who cultivated an exceptional know-how in the mastery of last making, a deep understanding of fine footwear and a passion for leather and patina. Berluti today is far more than a bookmaker. The brand’s foray into made-to-measure or ready-to wear clothing collections offer an innovative alternative, while remaining firmly rooted in the Berluti ethos.

Its was very stylish night, and had the privilege to meet and greet the Father & Son star of the exhibition with their gorgeous partner in life as well. Ladies are so stunning and dapperly Gentlemen definitely enjoyed the glamorous event showcasing the real epitome of Berluti's sense of style.

BERLUTI FATHER & SON – Generations of Elegance

Within the Berluti family, a taste for beautiful things and the “savoir faire” associated with their craft have been transmitted from generation to generation.  This sense of heritage has become one of the cornerstones of the House of Berluti. A similar sense of tradition and grace is passed on from father to son.  Style and elegance are traits often passed down from a father to his son, and Berluti handpicked some of the UAE’s most prolific gentlemen to exhibit this notion.  

Photographer John Pocock presents portraits of fathers in the company of their sons, looking the epitome of elegance in Berluti’s collections from head to toe.  Artistic Director Alessandro Sartori personally selected the looks for each of the gentlemen to his ultimate vision of the Berluti man, adapted to the gentlemen of the UAE.

The portraits will be published in Adam & Eve magazines, then printed and exhibited at Cuadro Art Gallery in DIFC on June 3^rd in celebration of Father’s Day, examining the special connection between a father and his son.
