PARISIAN CHINESE NEW YEAR

 Parisian Chinese New Year at ANGELINA, a little bit of twist in your usual Chinese Cuisines fine dining set up that feel like you are celebration the Chines New Year in Paris. We went to Mall of the Emirates to try Angelina's special menu.  

 Sumptuous starter and very well- presented plating, we dive in to this Chuarn- curry infused chicken, shrimp and foie gras skewer, kumquat marmalade, peanut & sambal hollandaise worth AED 89

 This is a must- try dish called Duck & Foie Gras Wonton Soup consist of peking duck & foie gras wonton, shredded veggies, rhubarb & chili jam with duck & foie gras consommé, this will costs you AED 129 only 

 And for the finalé this Seafood in Birds Nest, with scallops, grey shrimps and nameko mushrooms in superior soya stock with venere & shitake pilaf for only AED 129

CHINESE NEW YEAR AT MARKETTE DUBAI

Celebrate Chinese New Year at MARKETTE with their special menu available till the 21st of February, and The Style Choreo head down to The Dubai Mall to try it out and we absolutely love it! 

We tried almost everything from their Chinese Menu, start from Dim Sum consist of assorted fillings of seafood, chicken and veggies served with Kikkoman sauce only costs you AED 32 

After we had an amazing appetizer, we dive in to the Hainan Chicken with rice - steamed chicken served with clear soup and Hainan rice, with Vegetable Spring Roll- tender crisp veggies filled in flour sheet and deep fried, swerved with sweet chili sauce. Above as set meal served with Jasmine Tea AED 88 only

SPEND THE NIGHT IN CHINA

After a long day period of time portering around town, attending events and photoshoots on the side, i just wanted to stop, pause for a moment and relax - who doesn't want this kind of stuffs right? So, why not spend it in a very classy yet eclectic over the top dining experience and indulge yourself with unlimited cravings of delight. End my night at China Grill in Westin Dubai, enjoyed the evening with their massive range of world-class cuisines and refreshing drinks. 

 Started with this sumptuous Yellow Tail Shashimi with jalapeño, mango & orange- ginger marmalade and my soul literally refreshed by the watermelon & lychee mojito 

 Delicious Steamed Duack Jiaozi shrimp, long bean, shitakes & garlic chill sauce and Spicy Beef & Scallion Dumplings soy ginger sauce 

 If you are a Sushi lover this guy right here is just so impeccable! The Dragon cornichon, tempura shrimp, king crab, avocado & mango

Delightful cuisines that will surely filled up your night, delicious Confucius Chicken with sesame oil vinaigrette together with this amazing Barbecued Pulled Lamb steamed buns and Chicken & Lychee Skewers frisée salad

Brace yourself to this remarkable plate filled of satisfaction, Ponzu Grilled Chicken with sweet crispy onions & asian slaw and Szechuan Wagyu Striplion with sweet soy, spicy shallots, cilantro & potato threads and on the side are Baked Crispy Sweet Potato Chips and surprisingly Crispy Kale that taste so incredible

Over the top customer service and world-class hospitality, i just felt that I'm in my own house. Massive thanks to all the China Grill Team, i absolutely had the most amazing fine dining experience in style at its finest!
