VERY INDIA AT TRESIND

Are you a huge fan of art? how about authentic Indian cuisines? If yes, well TRESIND is the best way to feed you artsy eyes and hungry tummy. Last weekend myself and my lil bro Francis had a little bit of tour of #myDubai and finally after the long wait, we got the chance to try out the talk of the town, TRESIND - Very India. Tresind marries a progressive fine dining approach with traditional Indian cuisine. Executive Chef Himanshu Saini brings a unique concept in molecular gastronomy to Dubai for the very first time.

We explore a new take on presentation, flavour and textures of old favourites, in an ambience that invites and sets the mood, whether a romantic dinner for two or a night on the town, dressed to impress.

Located conveniently in the 5 Star Nassima Royal Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road, Tresind caters to true foodies and connoisseurs, seeking a culinary experience that engages the senses.

It all started with this magnificent Lava Lamp- A touch of chemistry in front of us, the drink resembles a lava lamp with flavors of different caviar Flavours: Pink lamp/Blue lamp/Green lamp and followed by numerous of outrageous presentations!
Live demonstration on how to create a dish in front of you in one of TRESIND's focal point why they are outstanding! Amazing talented Chefs showing us how to create this Deconstructed Panipuri, traditional Indian street food with a twist! you'll ask for another one for sure!

Astonishing work of art! this is not made by Picasso and this is not a painting, this is made by Chef Heena. The Chaat Trolley

isn't this beautiful? this starter salad is smokin' sumptuous, like seriously smoking, Applewood smoke inside this bowl, covered with cling film then this Chicken tikka carpaccio with lychee and tarragon is incredibly tasty!

Why this tandoori lamb chops, rosemary reduction, ghee roast potatoes is so photogenic?
