EDEN PARADISE AT THE BEACH

Have you been to a paradise with a stunning beach view and enjoying yourself with dose of delicious Parisian delicacies in Dubai, Yes! in Dubai. Located at the prestigious place, The Beach, JBR all this amazing features are available at the Le Paradis Du Fruit, exceptional culinary and absolute sumptuous cuisines plus the incredible interior designs featuring the architectural pieces of Philippe Starck and with the unbelievable family-friendly ambiance and the impalpable variety of menu, Le Paradis truly a must- visit place that will turn your expectations of a paradise oasis into reality. 

Starck’s interpretation of paradise will awaken the inner child. Allow eyes to meander from the massive stainless steel trees, to the magnificent Murano glass fruit chandeliers, to the brilliant animated screens of fruit splashing into water and recall a modern interpretation of the Garden of Eden, ripe for discovery.

In the early 1980s, the concept began as an innovative restaurant specializing in freshly squeezed juices and homemade ice cream. Since then, Le Paradis Du Fruit has been creating original recipes aligned with authentic French pastry traditions, including ice cream made from natural fresh ingredients. Thirty years and 27 restaurants later, Le Paradis du Fruit is known both for its divinely authentic ice cream and its pioneering efforts to offer French inspired concepts, but with several exotic twists, as well as fresh, healthy menu items.

We pay a visit to this magnificent place and try their specialties, together with my partner in crime Mark Ross, who took all the amazing images here in the blog, we first freshen up with this pineapple cocktail, a stress reliever indeed. 

And then we jump in to a massive selection of their best of the best called EDEN PARADIS compose of salmon and chicken stick, beef, prawn and kefta skewer, grilled veggies, eggplant caviar, tarama and blinis served with potato wedges and salad and toasted pita breads that cost you AED 95/pax 

Appetizing as it appears and so healthy as you digest, this remarkable MAMA SALAD composed of smoked salmon, lamb lettuce, avocado, watermelon, mixed greens, mint, spring onions, cherry tomatoes served with avocado and yogurt dressing, for an amazing price of AED 58 you will enjoy this amazing salad 

And we finishes it off with some delectable indulgence, IVORY- IVORY consist of Dark chocolate, nougat ice cream with coconut, fresh banana, chocolate sauce with whipped cream and APHRODITE Vanilla ice cream, nougat cream, nougat ice cream, roasted almonds, caramel sauce and whipped cream, for a price under 50dhs this is absolutely a worth to try and not feeling so guilty about it, satisfying your cravings for some sweet is not a sin.

VIDA Downtown just launched a new theme nights last 6th of October at STAGE2 where you can enjoy a variety of hops paired with an exciting array of food elements, including tasters of duck, steak and shrimp. Every Tuesday, Hop2 it - premium international hops matched with mouth-watering tasters and enjoy delicious vintages with rich flavorful cheeses every Wednesday, and Thursday Paired Seafood where you can have the fruit of the sea and fruit of the vine at the same time.

Together with Mark Ross last Thursday, we tried the Paired Seafare at Stage2, were we enjoy the fruits of the sea matched perfectly with the fruits of the vine, impeccable chilled-out vibe to start any weekend!
A very reasonable AED 125 per person inclusive of three glasses of premium grape beverages and paired seafood

Fin de Claire oysters, Boiled shrimps, Sautéed squid, Alaskan crab, Clams and Mussels, for Mark Oyster Bay Chardonnay and  Santa Julia Syrah Rose for me.

We absolutely had the great start of Weekend and i am telling you this is a must-try experience!
